Wardrobe culture clash
Today, I wore my patchwork paisley print top, my love-worn flared jeans, my laceless army green chucks and my fur-lined bomber hoodie. To top it all off, I put all my stuff in a ginormous native woven bag, which took a considerable amount of strength to tote around the whole day!
My friend said I looked like a cultural salad, in a cool way: a little bit of Indian, a little bit of Eskimo, a smattering of street style, a little bit of Filipino and a whole lot of me.
Comments like that make self-expression through fashion all the more fun!
